The import team ensures that all necessary documentation is in order, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and any other required permits. Compliance checks are conducted to verify that the products meet the regulatory standards of the importing country.

Distribution Network

Kids Concept's Logistics Department is equipped with a robust distribution fleet and a strategically constructed warehouse in Georgia, ensuring efficient shipping for our clients from local or international networks. The logistics team coordinates the transportation of goods from the supplier to the destination. This involves selecting appropriate shipping methods, arranging transportation, and managing the entire logistics chain to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

At the heart of the business is our flagship store, ideally located on Chavchavadze Avenue—one of Tbilisi’s most prestigious retail destinations. Designed as a fully immersive “universe for kids,” the space brings together all represented brands under one concept, creating a unique and inspiring environment for both children and parents. The store also serves as a key showroom for B2B partners, allowing wholesale clients to experience the full brand portfolio in a curated, real-life setting.

The concept store further includes an official Tartine et Chocolat franchise boutique alongside a dedicated Bonton concept space, reinforcing our positioning within the premium segment and offering a distinctive multi-brand yet brand-authentic retail experience.
